I alwyas find gold when I browse through vimeo and today was no exception when I landed on a “Vimeo Staff Pick”. I sat back and watched an amazing stop motion animation called Shugo Tokumaru by Kijek / Adamski.
It’s always amazes me how much time animators and illustrators take to perfect their project and this piece definitely had to take lots of time and a whole lot more of patience. They created 2000 silhouettes from PVC plates by using a computer controlled cutter…but have a look at the “Making of” video to see how they did it, definitely worth a watch!
